Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that convert. You'll manage the full lifecycle from strategy and segmentation to automation and analytics for brands under Goodlifestyle Media.

Your mission is to create beautiful, high-performing email flows and campaigns that enhance customer retention, build brand loyalty, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly email and SMS campaigns for brand and partner brands.
• Design & build emails using Klaviyo (or similar platforms) ensuring mobile-first, premium visuals.
• Set up automation flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback).
• Segment audiences based on customer behavior, demographics, and purchase history.
• A / B test subject lines, visuals, send times, and call-to-actions to optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign data (open rates, CTR, revenue, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and performance teams to align email strategy with overall marketing goals.
• Maintain a consistent tone, design, and brand storytelling for brands.
