Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Delivery Manager to streamline and oversee the operational aspects of our project delivery processes. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure project workflows, resources, reporting, and systems are optimized for success across all teams. You'll play a key role in developing processes, solving bottlenecks, and ensuring high-quality project execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Operations & Delivery

• Oversee operational activities across multiple projects, supporting project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and refine project workflows, templates, and frameworks.
• Track project performance and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Monitor key project metrics and resources to identify risks or opportunities.
