As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer-facing platform, crafting seamless and engaging user experiences.

This role is crucial in driving innovation and ensuring the technical excellence of our user interfaces, directly impacting how customers interact with our products.

By collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams, you will bridge the gap between design and technology, creating a cohesive and intuitive product ecosystem.

You will lead the development of complex, scalable interfaces using React and modern front-end architecture, ensuring high standards of code quality through clean, maintainable, and well-tested components! Additionally, you will mentor fellow engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and champion best practices in CI / CD, performance, and security, becoming an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Job Goals :

• Develop and deliver scalable, high-performing user interfaces using React and modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and cohesive user experiences.
• Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, achieving comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.
