Role : SAP CRM Testing Consultant

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 Days)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze functional specifications and prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for SAP CRM applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).

Validate end-to-end processes – opportunity management, lead management, service requests, pricing, partner functions.

Test SAP CRM WebUI, Middleware , and integrations with SAP ECC / S4HANA, SAP BW, and third-party systems .

Execute data validation between CRM and backend ERP systems.

Manage defects with HP ALM, JIRA, or Solution Manager and collaborate with functional / technical teams for resolution.

Provide quality documentation and sign-off for releases.

Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Experience :

5–6 years of SAP CRM Testing (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).

Strong knowledge of SAP CRM WebUI, Middleware, and integration scenarios .

Hands-on with SAP ECC / S4HANA integration testing .

Proficiency in SQL queries for backend validation.

Manual & Automation Testing experience ( Selenium / UFT exposure preferred ).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and defect management skills.
