Job descriptionManage day to day HR operations of the organisation. Ensure personnel files are maintained and updated in timely and accurate manner. Be the single point of contact for all HR related matters. Manage the execution of all HR policies. Work towards creating formal and Informal avenues for employee engagement throughout the year Manage the Grievance Redressal system in line with company policies and upto employee satisfaction, as appropriate. Manage the training schedules and documentation for records and audit purpose Document the KPI for every employee and ensure it is uploaded in SPINE PMS. Keep records of the KPI reviews and plans. Follow the defined Employee Exit SOP. Ensure employee relieving happens with timely and appropriate handover, and with defined exit formalities Should be able to handle manufacturing Unit Recruitment as well Bachelor's (Preferred) HR : 8 years (Required) total work : 8 years (Required) HR Generalist : 8 years (Required) Navi Mumbai District, Maharashtra (Required)
