Duties and Responsibilities
Job Summary
A dynamic and results-driven AI Sales Consultant to lead the go-to-market efforts for AI-powered solutions. This role combines deep understanding of AI technologies with consultative selling skills to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments and translating technical capabilities into business value. Also, the candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AI / ML, strong business insights and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Strategic Duties
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies for AI products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads across enterprise and infrastructure sectors.
- Advise leadership on AI trends, risks, and opportunities.
Client Engagement
Conduct consultative discussions with CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.Understand client pain points and propose tailored AI solutions.Solution Positioning
Collaborate with product and technical teams to craft compelling value propositions.Deliver demos, presentations, and proposals that align with client needs.Solution Design & Architecture
Design scalable AI / ML solutions for enterprise use cases.Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure robust infrastructure.Market Development
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client workshops.Deal Closure
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.Ensure smooth handover to delivery and customer success teams.Training Program Development
Design customized AI training modules for technical and non-technical audiences.Develop case studies, and assessments tailored to business use cases.Make a clear plan on the list of customers and do workshops on their related business.Enable the internal team with new AI technologies and give insights of the market trendsDelivery & Facilitation
Conduct live workshops, webinars, and virtual training sessions.Facilitate learning for roles such as data scientists, business analysts, and decision-makers.Stakeholder Engagement
Work with business units to identify AI opportunities and define use cases.Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.General Administrative Duties
Provide reports on time for the reporting manager & ManagementMark Attendance every day in the HRMS tool on timeEnsure company dress code is adheredEnsure company’s code of conduct is adheredKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
