The Associate, Treasures Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients in the Consumer Banking Group. This role involves identifying client needs, offering tailored banking solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Consumer Banking Group.
- Identify and understand clients' financial needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional banking services and solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for client engagement.
- Prepare and present financial proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our banking services.
Skills and Qualifications
6-12 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role in banking or finance.Strong understanding of consumer banking products and services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in financial analysis and ability to interpret financial data effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.Skills Required
