Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Customer Support Executive located in Surat. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling online support queries, and delivering effective customer service. Additionally, the Night Customer Support Executive will be responsible for offering technical support and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Expert Level English Required

Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and handling Online Support

Technical Support skills

Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Ability to work night shifts

Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
