Seeking a US IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for full-time and contract roles, focusing on quality hires and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Handle bulk hiring, ensuring compliance with US visa and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage escalations, and maintain ATS data.
