Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and handling the full recruitment life cycle.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based clients.

Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and communication skills.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Negotiate salary rates with candidates and close positions within deadlines.

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.

Work closely with Account Managers / Team Leads to meet recruitment goals.

Maintain accurate records in the ATS / CRM system.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sr. US IT Recruiter (minimum 4 years preferred).

Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Experience working with H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, OPT, and EAD candidates.

Strong sourcing skills on job boards and LinkedIn.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with VMS portals.

Knowledge of IT technologies and job market trends.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
