Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX design skills across multiple platforms. Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Design user-centered interfaces across web and mobile platforms (wireframes, mockups, and prototypes).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
- Develop design systems, UI kits, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from users, peers, and cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across all designs.
