With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Description : Experience : Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in IT6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologiesAt least 6 to 8 years of extensive experience with Dynamics CRM, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Cloud (mandatory)Key Responsibilities : Serve as a Technical Architect for at least 2 to 3 large-scale, end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations involving complex functionalities.Design and architect solutions across multiple Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Lead multi-geo rollouts and handle multiple integrations involving diverse systems and platforms.Provide deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Field Service modules.Oversee installation, configuration, and multi-site deployment of MSCRM solutions.Technical Skills Experience : Strong, hands-on experience with MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016, and Dynamics 365 versions.Expertise with CRM SDK, plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure Functions, Web API services, and Azure Service Bus for integrations.Proficient in Microsoft technologies including : .NET Framework 4.x, C#XML, Ajax, OData queries, and HTML5Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 / 2012.Experience with Scribe and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).Proven ability in MSCRM installation, setup, and multi-site deployment.Familiarity with modern workloads, particularly the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
