Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Microsoft Dynamics CRM with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service) and Power Platform . The ideal candidate will have deep technical and architectural experience in end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementations , cloud integrations, and multi-geo rollouts.

Mandatory Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE ( Sales, Service, Field Service )

Dynamics CRM 2013 / 2016 / 365 Cloud versions

Technical Architecture & Design (End-to-End Implementations)

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

• .NET Framework 4.x, C#, JavaScript, CRM SDK

Microsoft SQL Server (2008 / 2012)

Web API, OData, HTML5, XML, AJAX

Azure Functions & Azure Service Bus (Integrations)

CRM Installation, Setup, and Multi-site Deployment

Good to Have

Microsoft Power BI or Power Virtual Agents

Experience with D365 Marketing Module

Scribe / SSIS for Data Integration

Experience in multi-geo rollouts and enterprise environments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred
