Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Trainer (Digital Marketing) located in Coimbatore. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing training programs, conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, and mentoring students. The role involves staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, creating practical and theoretical content, and evaluating students' performance. The Senior Trainer will also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training programs with industry standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication and Training skills
• Experience in Sales and understanding market trends
• Ability to create engaging training materials and conduct effective training sessions
• Proficiency in the latest digital marketing tools and techniques
• MBA is mandatory for the role
• Prior experience in a similar role in the tech industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and time management skills
