About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and passionate UX / UI Designer with 5-7 years of experience to design engaging, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to translate complex problems into elegant solutions.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to build intuitive digital products.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA) :

• Lead UX strategy and design efforts for web and mobile applications ensuring user-centric design principles are followed.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, interactive user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business goals into seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and gather actionable insights.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in UI design patterns, style guides, and visual assets across projects.
• Apply best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Contribute to improving internal design processes, frameworks, and usability guidelines.
• Support front-end development teams with design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines.
