Position : Front Desk & Admin Support
Location : Gurugram
Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and proactive individual to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The role will primarily focus on ensuring a smooth front office experience for employees, visitors, and clients, while also assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk (Primary)
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate visitor entry, security protocols, and access cards / passes.
- Manage courier services, incoming / outgoing mail, and package handling.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Provide assistance with meeting room bookings, arrangements, and refreshments.
Administrative Support (Secondary)
Assist with office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Support in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.Coordinate with vendors for facility-related requirements (stationery, housekeeping, pantry, etc.).Provide general administrative support to different teams when required.Maintain records, files, and documentation related to admin functions.Assist HR / Operations team in onboarding new employees (welcome kits, ID cards, seating, etc.).Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience in front desk or administrative roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Positive attitude, presentable, and detail-oriented.Skills Required
