Network Operations Specialist

Job Title : Network Operations Lead / Technical Specialist – L3 (Routing, Switching, Wireless, SDWAN, ACI)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 8+ Years

Education : B.Tech with minimum 60%

Certifications : CCNP Certified, ITIL Certified

Working Days : 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L3 support for network infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless, and SDWAN technologies.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex network issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Design, configure, and implement network solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Work closely with L1 / L2 teams to provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and technical escalations.
• Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and ensure network security policies are adhered to.
• Maintain and support Cisco ACI environments, including policy creation, fabric management, and integration with physical / virtual networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution and network upgrades.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to maintain knowledge base.
• Participate in network capacity planning, design reviews, and deployment of new technologies.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in networking.
