Job Summary

The Senior Associate will play a key role in managing and executing cash-related activities for commercial real estate loan servicing. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of cash management workflows, including waterfall processing, wire disbursements, and reconciliation. The role supports the broader servicing team by ensuring accurate and timely movement of funds in accordance with loan agreements and investor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and close cash management accounts for commercial mortgage loans.
• Administer waterfall processing for performing loans, ensuring proper disbursement of operating expenses and surplus funds.
• Analyze account balances to confirm sufficient funds for disbursement and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process wire transfers, trigger transactions, and loan disbursement requests in line with servicing procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with governing agreements and audit readiness.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support month-end and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Identify and escalate issues related to cash shortfalls, late trades, or fund misallocations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and client-specific servicing protocols.
