The Zonal Financial Controller

The Zonal Financial Controller will be the principal financial leader for the Sterling Hospital, Rajkot Zone, encompassing both the Rajkot and Gandhidham locations. This strategic role is responsible for overseeing and directing the entire spectrum of financial and accounting operations. The expectation is to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, provide strategic financial insights, and lead the finance team to support the overall operational excellence and growth of the zone.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Leadership & Oversight

• Lead the Finance & Accounts Department for the Rajkot and Gandhidham units, ensuring seamless and accurate financial operations.
• Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and Balance Sheet for the Rajkot Zone, providing comprehensive analysis and commentary on performance.
• Ensure the timely and accurate closing of books and preparation of General Accounting records.
• Oversee and optimize the Billing process to maximize revenue capture and minimize outstanding receivables.

2. Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A)

Desired profile

Education : Graduate (B.Com) Preferred, Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution is Minimum of 5-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting.
