Job description
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate new business leads for laser cutting machines.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients in assigned territory.
- Visit clients to understand their applications and offer suitable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of laser cutting machines.
- Customize solutions to match client requirements and overcome objections.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales within approved parameters.
- Deliver post-sales support and manage customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to promote products.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the region.
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
- Ensure regular reporting to the Sales VP and attend review meetings.
- Train customer personnel on product usage as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements :
MBA / BMS / Degree with Mechanical Engineering or Sales and Marketing or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of technical sales experience, preferably in machine tools or laser cutting machines.Candidate residing in Thane, Mumbai or Navi Mumbai can only apply.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Good understanding of laser cutting applications, machinery, and client industries.Target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.Travel allowance provided.Willing to travel extensively within Maharashtra.Skills Required
