Hiring : Strategy Associate Manager | PW MedEd

Location : Work From Office – Noida, Sector 62

Are you an MBBS or BDS graduate passionate about improving how future doctors learn and succeed? PW MedEd is looking for a Strategy Associate Manager to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of medical education.

About the Role

As a Strategy Associate Manager (MBBS / BDS) , you’ll play a crucial role in understanding NEET PG / FMGE aspirants’ journeys, gathering insights, and driving innovative initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Strategy Manager, faculty members, and cross-functional teams to innovate content, improve student experiences, and build faculty brands across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Contribution & Product Innovation

  • Map student journeys and identify core challenges across NEET PG / FMGE segments (repeaters, freshers, FMGs).
  • Propose actionable solutions for content improvement, app experience, and GTM strategies.
  • Design and launch product innovations and pilot initiatives.
  • Build dashboards and real-time feedback loops from student touchpoints (app, YouTube, Telegram).

2. Faculty Brand Building & Social Growth

  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance their presence on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Create personal brand strategies, track engagement metrics, and optimize performance.
  • Execute faculty collaborations and viral content campaigns.

    • 3. Student Engagement & Community Initiatives

  • Manage Telegram communities to offer academic and emotional support.
  • Launch campaigns around key exam milestones and organize online discussions and events.

    • 4. YouTube & Content Strategy

  • Contribute to YouTube planning, ideation, and performance tracking.
  • Suggest content hooks, thumbnails, and topics aligned with student search trends.

    • 5. Feedback Collection & Analysis

  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and student interviews to gather actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to product and content teams.

    • 6. Process Optimization

  • Audit the student journey and identify areas for improvement in content discovery and support.
  • Propose SOPs for a seamless learner experience.

    • Qualifications

  • MBBS or BDS degree is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is a plus.
  • Willingness to connect with 10–15 students weekly (via call or Google Meet).
