Healthcare Research Innovation Lead

Job descriptionDesign and manage clinical trials to ensure patient safety and data quality. Work closely with hospitals clinicians and research partners to implement effective patient trials. Assist in the certification process of medical devices (ISO 13485 IEC 60601 CE FDA CDSCO etc). Analyze clinical data prepare validation reports and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals or conferences. Bachelor's degree in medicine MBBS / MD / Physio OR biomedical engineering / science. Prior experience working with medical devices or clinical research is essential. Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols IRB / ethics approvals and regulatory pathways is required. Able to contribute to research papers and publications. Hands-on experience with medical device certifications (ISO CE FDA). Prior work in digital health wearables or AI-powered devices. Publishing experience in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
