• Lead the Review and Peer Review Teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Oversee the complete manuscript review workflow from submission to publication
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize throughput and reduce timelines
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and author experience
• Maintain the highest standards of scientific rigor, editorial excellence, and ethical publishing practices
• Collaborate with authors, reviewers, and external stakeholders for a seamless review process
• Track key performance metrics and align with departmental and organizational goals
