Location : Baroda / Pune

Type : Full-time, Permanent

Shift Timings : UK hours ( 01 : 30 pm IST to 10 : 15 pm IST )

We're on the lookout for an experienced

IT Project Lead

to become the central point of coordination for all software development activity within our organization. If you're someone who thrives on structure, drives collaboration, and knows how to bridge tech with business needs—this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between our UK-based management team and on-ground developers

Maintain and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met

Oversee the development work list and prioritise tasks in collaboration with management

Support the capture, clarification, and transformation of business requirements into deliverables

Chair sprint planning, stand-ups, and regular progress reviews

Monitor progress, risks, and issues—ensuring transparency and timely intervention

Promote a structured, process-driven culture while fostering creativity and teamwork

Communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing

Assist in resource planning and optimise team capacity for delivery

Drive continuous improvement in tools, practices, and workflows

Person Specification :

Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience

in project scheduling, backlog management and IT project coordination.

Solid understanding of

software development lifecycles

and Agile methodologies

Proven ability to

manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Highly organised, analytical and structured in approach to problem-solving.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , able to liaise effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Competent in the use of

project management tools

(e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Proactive, delivery-focused and committed to supporting team success.

Desirable :

Previous experience working in a

software development environment .

Familiarity with

requirements gathering

and business analysis.

Professional certifications

(Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
