The Opportunity : Resident Manager - Drive Occupancy and Revenue in Luxury Co-living

We are seeking driven and results-oriented sales leaders to manage our premium co-living properties in Gurugram. This is a high-impact role for individuals with a proven track record in sales, ideally within fast-paced, ground-operations intensive environments, to directly drive occupancy, maximize revenue, and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Your Focus :

Aggressively drive property occupancy and achieve revenue targets through proactive sales strategies and market outreach.

Lead on-site teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences that contribute to renewals and referrals.

Take full ownership of the property's P&L, optimizing financial performance.

Implement efficient on-ground operations to support sales and resident satisfaction.

What You Bring :

1-4 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in organizations with significant ground operations.

Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Strong business acumen and P&L management understanding.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and results-oriented approach.

Willingness to reside on-site.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven track record in direct sales and lead generation.

Experience managing operational aspects to support sales.
