Process Associate- Home Loans

Job descriptionCandidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking / financial services sector with at least 3+ years of experience in the field of Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP). Specialist in HL / LAP proposal verification end to end
Role & responsibilities
- Accurately enter data and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with check list provided.
- Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals.
- Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA / connector.
- Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
- Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
- Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
- Provide daily / weekly and monthly MIS.
