Role Overview :

As a Backend Developer at Crest, you will architect and implement the backbone of our product. You will design secure and scalable services, work with databases and messaging systems, and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications. The role demands a strong systems thinker with expertise in modern backend technologies, capable of building reliable, high-performing infrastructure that supports rapid product growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to model and manage data efficiently.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to deliver features quickly.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
