Role Overview
ETP is seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager / Key Account Manager to lead customer growth and retention across a defined region. The ideal candidate will be an expert in farming key enterprise accounts, driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
You will serve as the single point of contact for ongoing success and expansion of strategic accounts, helping customers maximize value from ETP’s SaaS-based retail solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise customers in the region.
- Build and nurture executive-level engagement with customers, driving strategic alignment and business growth.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.
- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.
- Achieve revenue growth targets from the existing customer base.
- Ensure timely collections and manage customer contract renewals.
- Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support product innovation.
- Lead or build the Customer Success / Account Management team in the region as required.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 12 years of enterprise software sales experience, with strong account farming focus.Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships across enterprise customers.Experience in managing large, strategic accounts and delivering sustainable revenue growth.Strong understanding of retail technology, e-commerce, or omnichannel solutions preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping customers succeed.Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Why Join ETP
