Summary :

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Database Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCMS) solutions across on-premises and Oracle Cloud (OCI) environments. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, data protection, and minimal downtime for mission-critical databases hosted on Oracle Exadata , DBCS , and RAC platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and manage Oracle DR and BCMS frameworks meeting RTO / RPO objectives.
• Administer and optimize Oracle Databases on Exadata , DBCS , and OCI environments.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Data Guard , RMAN , and RAC for HA and replication.
• Execute database migrations to OCI and ensure backup integrity and recovery readiness.
• Conduct DR drills, failover testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to align DR strategy and compliance.
• Provide L3 technical support and mentor junior database engineers.

Experience Required :
