Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support across various modules. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Fusion implementations and upgrades across Finance, SCM, HCM, or other relevant modules.Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion modules.Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular monitoring and optimization.Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities.Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers.Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications.Strong functional knowledge in one or more modules : Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementations.Proficiency in configuration, data migration, and integration processes.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
