Experience managing inbound customer service for banking products (savings / current accounts, credit / debit cards, loans, net banking).
Familiarity with audit requirements , complaint management, and ombudsman escalation handling .
Ability to ensure data security (PCI DSS for card data) and regulatory adherence.
