Role Summary

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing deployment projects involving our SaaS platform and connected hardware devices. This includes working with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and timely delivery for enterprise clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS and hardware implementation projects for fleetsafety solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with product, field service, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, track budgets, and report status to leadership and customers.
• Manage regional deployments, including coordination with local service partners, transporters, and clients.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting standards are maintained for all projects.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle client interactions for implementation plans, technical alignment, and go-live support.
