Job descriptionLead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure across multiple concurrent financial services projects. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, compliance, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution. Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and report project status to senior stakeholders and governance committees. Ensure all projects comply with relevant financial regulations, data privacy laws, and internal audit requirements. Drive stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication across all project participants. Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting agile or hybrid methodologies. Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied. 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial services industry (banking, fintech, insurance, or capital markets). Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulations (KYC / AML, PCI-DSS, Basel, PSD2, etc. Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and / or Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
