We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Consultant to join our Public Sector team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing end-to-end procurement cycles, with a strong focus on large-scale government projects.
This role is crucial for advising our public sector clients on best practices in procurement, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Procurement Advisory : Provide expert consulting services to state and central government clients on all aspects of the procurement lifecycle, from initial planning to contract closure.
2) Tender Management : Lead and manage the entire tender process, including the preparation of bidding documents (RFP / RFQ / EoI), technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.
3) Bid Process Management : Oversee and facilitate the bid submission and evaluation process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.
4) Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all procurement activities are in full compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines (e., GFR, GeM, World Bank / ADB guidelines).
5) Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within government departments, public sector undertakings, and other relevant bodies.
6) Project Delivery : Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful projects on time and within budget.
