We are looking for a highly experienced

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to join our leadership team at a reputed developer-based company in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s complete financial management, ensuring strong governance, and driving financial strategies that support growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all functions of finance and accounts, including compliance, audits, and reporting.

Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.

Monitor cash flow, optimize fund utilization, and ensure financial discipline across projects.

Coordinate with group companies, subsidiaries, and invested ventures to align financial goals.

Implement effective organizational structures and streamline financial processes.

Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with

10–12 years of post-qualification experience

in senior financial roles.

Prior exposure to

real estate or developer-based industries

will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and corporate finance.

Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end financial operations and drive organizational improvements.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
