CTC : ₹ 8.5 to 9.5 L

Role Description :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with at least

2 years of post-qualification experience . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in company formation, corporate accounts, statutory compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage company registration, incorporation, and related statutory filings.

Handle corporate accounts, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company law.

Prepare and file income tax returns, GST, and other statutory returns.

Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Provide advisory support on corporate finance, company law matters, and regulatory frameworks.

Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders as required.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Qualified

Chartered Accountant .

Minimum

2 years of relevant experience .

Strong knowledge of company formation, corporate accounting, and statutory compliances.

Familiarity with ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings and procedures.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
