Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise technology services in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to identify technology needs and drive transformation initiatives.
- Lead the modernization of infrastructure and IT services to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Service Delivery & Operations :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT support, service desk, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.Implement and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services, hardware, and software solutions.Infrastructure & Cloud :
Lead infrastructure strategy including data centers, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and storage.Ensure robust cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.Team Leadership :
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing IT service teams across multiple domains.Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Governance & Compliance :
Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, industry regulations, and data protection standards.Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures.Skills Required
