We’re looking for a driven techno functional Sr. Business Systems Analysts or Lead Business Systems Analysts who thrive in high-impact, zero-to-one environments. This individual will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders (e.G., product managers, data scientists, business intelligence teams) and technical data engineering / analytics teams. They will be responsible for understanding complex data-driven business needs, translating them into precise technical specifications for data acquisition, processing, modeling, and consumption, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of high-quality data products.

THE GIG :

• Own complex data requirements and translating them into clear, unambiguous specifications involving data profiling, data lineage, transformation rules, business rules, and consumption patterns.
• Define data product use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on data accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and BI Developers to design scalable, efficient, and robust data products and solutions.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to Data Engineering and BI teams throughout the data product development lifecycle.
• Clearly articulate complex data concepts and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
