Skills :
- Techno commercial capability with Customer interaction & solution presentation skills.
- Good IT infrastructure technical understanding covering areas such as : Compute (On-prem & Cloud), Network, Security, End User and Service Management, including Managed Services & Digital Transformations.
- Good knowledge of various service assurance, automation tools, and ITIL / ITSM processes.
- Good knowledge of various pricing models, IT spend analysis, business case development, TCO, and ROI analysis.
Responsibilities :
End-to-end responsibility of Solution & commercials creation and integration, including conducting workshops for scoping, questionnaire, and solution discussions.Collaboratively work with all internal and external stakeholders in designing a win-win solution.Responsible for the creation of differentiated solutions that meet the customer requirements.Formulate re-usable bid components to achieve maximum utilization.Develop winning themes, SWOT, and competitor analysis for the pursuit.Lead solution workshop, MVD / CAS sessions, Due Diligence, and various pursuit related workshops and interface with client and TPA.
