Job descriptionOwn proposals, RFP / RFI / RFQ responses end-to-end. Research competing products / solutions and changing paradigms in the context of latest trends in domain and technology. Lead proof-of-concept (POC s) for client opportunities. Capability presentation to prospects. Front-end key customer engagements from domain perspective. Provide consultation to delivery teams on domain side. Ability to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from high level requirements. Assist Sales team with proposal pitches. Total of 4+ years of experience in the Telecom industry. Should have played multiple roles including software product / solutions delivery, business analysis, pre-sales, customer-facing across multiple geographies. Understanding of 4G / 5G network elements (HSS / HLR, PCRF / PCF, MME / AMF / SMF, S-GW / UPF, AF / NEF). OSS, BSS, IMS, Core Network. Experience in leading responses to large RFPs, RFIs, RFQs. Travel readiness for conferences, presentations, workshops.

Reporting to : Director / Lead Solution Architect.

- We are looking for a suitable candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the Telecom industry.
- As a Senior Solutions Expert you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations.
- Your job will also include understanding the customer's needs and pitching the company s products as suitable solutions.
- You will also be required to actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for product development.
