Role Overview

This is a contract role for a Sustainability Manager (ESG Project Manager) based on-site in Noida. The role involves overseeing and managing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely and compliant execution. Responsibilities include implementing sustainability frameworks, managing project logistics, conducting assessments, and maintaining alignment with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with the UN SDGs and the Paris Agreement
• Manage multiple ESG workstreams across environmental, social, and governance domains
• Build and manage ESG governance and risk management frameworks
• Deliver sustainability policies, transition plans, and strategic frameworks
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop strategic deliverables, including Net Zero Transition Plans and ESG frameworks
