Job descriptionMinimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart. Strong in OOP concepts & state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX, Riverpod). Proficient in complex UI / animations using Flutter Widgets & CustomPaint. Deep understanding of Flutter architecture & internals. Experience in implementing chat, video, and voice calling features using SDKs (Agora, Twilio, Jitsi, WebRTC). Proficient in platform-specific integrations via Method Channels. Knowledge of Native Android (Java / Kotlin) and iOS (Swift / Objective-C) is a plus. Strong grasp of app lifecycle, background processes, push notifications, and permissions. API & Backend Integration Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets. Hands-on with Firebase Suite : Firestore, Auth, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config. Experience handling AWS S3 bucket media management (upload, download, optimization). Proficient in Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing. Familiar with Postman, Charles Proxy, Firebase Performance Monitoring. Tools & Platforms Version control with Git / GitHub / GitLab. CI / CD pipelines using Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins. Cloud testing with BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab. Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, TDD. Exposure to Flutter Web / Desktop apps. Experience publishing on App Store & Google Play. Familiarity with analytics, user behavior tracking & A / B testing. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication & collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Passion for continuous learning & innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform apps using Flutter & Dart.
- Translate UI / UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.
- Build reusable components and maintain clean, testable code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Firebase, and 3rd-party SDKs.
- Implement real-time chat, voice call, and video call functionalities (using Agora, Twilio, WebRTC, or similar).
- Manage AWS S3 media upload, storage, and retrieval for images, videos, and documents.
- Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and battery efficiency.
- Debug and fix issues across Android & iOS devices and OS versions.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile practices.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
