Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Bhubaneswar. The Telecaller will be responsible for performing daily outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining property details, and generating interest. Responsibilities include maintaining client databases, following up with leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The Telecaller will also handle inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and assist in nurturing strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Customer service and client relationship management abilities
Proficiency in telecommunication tools, CRM software, and basic computer skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining client records
Ability to explain complex property details clearly and persuasively
Experience in the real estate industry or sales is a plus
High school diploma or higher education preferred
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an advantage
