Key Responsibilities :
Administer a ServiceNow instance, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionaries, and catalog items.Configure workflows in the ServiceNow platform.Resolve ad hoc challenges, including break-fix issues.Work with release / version upgrades.Technical Experience :
Good understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, Custom Development, and ITOM.Exposure to complete ITSM / ITIL support processes, especially in areas of Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation.Experience with 3rd party integrations using REST and SOAP.Ability to identify gaps in IT operations and propose recommendations for improvement.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the administration and configuration development of the tool.Professional Attributes :
