Project Role Description :

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must Have Skills :

  • ServiceNow IT Service Management

  • ServiceNow Tools Administration
  • Job Requirements :

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer a ServiceNow instance, including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionaries, and catalog items.
  • Configure workflows in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Resolve ad hoc challenges, including break-fix issues.
  • Work with release / version upgrades.
  • Technical Experience :

  • Good understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, Custom Development, and ITOM.
  • Exposure to complete ITSM / ITIL support processes, especially in areas of Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation.
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations using REST and SOAP.
  • Ability to identify gaps in IT operations and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the administration and configuration development of the tool.

  • Optional : Certified ServiceNow ITOM / GRC, ITAM.
