Creative Director

About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Director who can blend vision, craft, and leadership to drive award-worthy ideas and exceptional creative output across all mediums — from brand strategy to integrated campaigns. This role demands a hands-on leader who can conceptualize, guide, and execute ideas that move people and grow brands. You'll work closely with the Strategy, Content, and Design teams to shape the creative direction for some of Kerala's and India's most ambitious brands.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership : Lead concept development, design direction, and execution across brand, digital, and campaign projects.

Idea Ownership : Translate client briefs and brand strategies into compelling, insight-led creative ideas.

Team Mentorship : Guide and inspire designers, writers, and visualizers to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand coherence.

Client Interaction : Present ideas with clarity and conviction, build creative trust, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention.

Quality Control : Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all deliverables.

Collaboration : Work with the Strategy and Account teams to align creativity with business goals.

Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of creative, digital, and cultural trends to keep our work fresh and relevant.

Production Oversight : Oversee photo / video shoots, campaign productions, and final outputs, ensuring they meet creative and strategic intent.

Qualifications & Skills

3–4 years of proven experience as a Creative Director / Associate Creative Director / Senior Art Director at a reputed agency.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, storytelling, and campaign craftsmanship.

Deep understanding of branding, communication strategy, and digital ecosystems.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion / video workflows.

Excellent presentation, communication, and people leadership skills.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire, critique, and elevate the team's work.
