Product Sppt Tech Advisor 1

We are looking for a Product Support Analyst to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL an understanding of client-server architecture and the ability to work in a client-centric role. This role requires excellent communication skills flexibility to support clients in US EST time zones and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Technical Skills : MS SQL Python Analytical Skills Databricks Snowflake Basic cloud knowledge (Azure / AWS).

• Looking for candidate with basic understanding of JavaScript client server architecture.
• Hands-on in writing SQL queries stored procedures understand performance optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work in US EST Time zones to support client requests
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should be flexible and working in shifts. (During internship general / UK shift / Night Shift).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related area OR equivalent education and experience.
