Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic  Sales & Lead Conversion Intern  to support our growing client pipeline. You will assist with generating leads, nurturing prospects, converting inquiries into opportunities, and building strong relationships with premium brands. You'll also support day-to-day sales operations, engagement, and follow-ups.

(Full training will be provided.)

Important Note (Performance-Based Pay Condition)

This is a  paid internship , but in order to receive the full stipend, you must convert  at least 1 qualified lead  within the first month. This ensures growth, accountability, and a performance-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication & client-interaction skills
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing processes
• Proactive, self-driven, and hungry to grow
• Comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment
• Knowledge of media / production industry is a plus
• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications preferred
