Description : Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end QA process for web and mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Oversee manual and automation testing efforts across the team.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards across all projects.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test strategies and test summaries.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the Agile development process.
