Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a CRM Support / Developer. The CRM Support / Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining CRM systems, integrating them with other software and databases, and providing support to ensure smooth operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing software solutions, managing customer relationships, integrating web services, and working with databases to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Experience : 2-4 years

Qualifications

Software Development skills

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise

Integration and Web Services experience

Proficiency in working with Databases

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in working with AI and IoT technologies is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
