💼 Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) , you’ll be responsible for conducting home demos and field visits , guiding students and parents to choose the right PW learning programs, and driving enrollments in your assigned territory.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective students and parents through calls and visits.
• Conduct in-person or virtual counseling sessions to understand learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Manage leads through CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.
